Forgot how much I love making bread. Such an interesting science to it. Cannot takes shortcuts with this magic. Check out our Challah loaf bread. These babies are being used in our special...Patty Melt - 1/2 lb of certified Angus beef, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, sautéed onions and a roasted red pepper sauce.

Good morning! We have a private event this Friday and will not be open to the public. Plan to come Saturday, as we will be back at making the greatest food in town!

Let's do it!! For our amazing local rescue! We will be closed and exclusive to this event! Don't miss out on the fun! Karen Tucker has worked VERY hard to organize this!

Our friends at Brownells' reached out to us about an event happening in the community that we think you should know about. Happening this Saturday at the Pend Oreille County Fair & Rodeo Grounds and benefitting Priest River Animal Rescue.

Honestly, who doesn’t love music, food, shopping and supporting our community?

We had a blast showing the America’s Best Restaurants crew around, and letting them see firsthand just how great Brownells' is!

America's Best Restaurants travels the country visiting restaurants you should eat at on a weekly basis, and we definitely think you should be coming to Brownells'!
