Please welcome Chef Angie to our team! Chef Angie joins us from Daniel’s Broiler Leschi. She brings a background that includes a culinary degree from Lake Washington Technical College. Chef Angie spent time in Valencia, Spain in an apprenticeship at a family restaurant where she learned the depths of Spanish cuisine. She also spent time in the area at the Ballard Cut and worked her way up through Daniel’s Broiler starting as a pantry cook up to Chef!
Chef Angie is mom to a 7 year old daughter and enjoys fishing and exploring the food culture in our area.
New dessert item: Seasonal Apple Crisp with vanilla ice cream and house bourbon caramel drizzle.
New menu item: Wild Mushroom Flatbread featuring olive oil base, goat cheese, arugula, shaved parm and balsamic drizzle.
New Menu Item: Sautéed Shrimp & Grits cheesy styled with tomatoes, pork belly, green onions and micro greens.
