REDBULL HARDLINE FINALS DAY INSANE WEATHER RUN ! 07/17/2023

If you had any question about Bernard Kerr's commitment to his craft, may I present to you what could be the single most impressive DH run currently on record. To ride the Hardline course clean is already a mind-blowing feat of skill and confidence. To do so in pouring rain, 20mph side winds, and on a track littered with slack-jawed gawkers is...well...legendary.

REDBULL HARDLINE FINALS DAY INSANE WEATHER RUN ! It's a sad sad day sports fans....the event of the year has been cancelled due to terrible -ish weather. It's been wet and windy and an emotional roller coas...

Happy Independence Day! The shop will be closed all day.

For the next week I will be operating on an appointment only basis for the most part. If I am at the shop you are welcome to pop in if you're looking for something specific. But I can't guarantee when I will be around, as I will be finishing projects and taking some much needed time off this week. Email is still the best way to reach me. As always I appreciate your continued support.

Cheers,
Adam/DHZ

New tires are showing up! Currently I have the dh casing, mostly supersoft compound, FR and RR treads, both wheel sizes available. The rubber feels pretty special, they smell like a car dealership, and the pricing is fair. Don't let the dh casing deter you, the weights are in between EXO+ and DD options from brand orange.

Last custom build of '22 and it turned out great. This was delivered awhile back, but I figured it'd be nice to remind us what sunshine looks like!
FRS frame, Factory suspension f+r, wheels with tires, Saint brakes with rotors and pads, drivetrain with guide, headset, DM stem, grips, and finished with OSX bar, Dolomite post, Overture saddle, and legendary Dagga pedals. This will make a killer park bike for riding next summer! Remember, DHZ can always custom build with a frame (and/or parts) you provide. Just because Im not a dealer of the brand you want doesn't mean you have to settle for subpar build quality and details.

Here's the all ready to go! Customer is a large, aggressive rider who had been riding progressively harder and his old steed was always in need of repair. The goal here was to build something burly that will hold up over time. Frame is XL Raaw Madonna 2.2. suspension f+r. DHR EVO brakes with 223mm rotors f+r! Wheels are 1/1 hubs laced w/14ga Champ spokes to Flow MK4 rims. They are shod with Pro inserts and DD rubber.

DHZ is now an authorized dealer for products! CNC machined inhouse on 5 axis mills from 7075 billet, these cranks are as strong as they are striking to look at. Available in lengths from 175 to 155mm (5mm increments), with 30mm or DUB BB spindle options, and also available to fit Specialized and Shimano Ebike motors! Stoked to have a high end crank option that isn't carbon. They have very good stock currently and I've already sold several sets. Get in touch if you're interested!

V-10 RESTO-MULLET! Keep swiping to the end for the 'before' pic! Original owner since new (2008-9) brought me this old gem and told me to restore it with all new components. I went with a 1deg headset and a 27.5 Boxxer front end to match the 26 rear. DT350 hubs with FR560 rear rim and EX511 front, both running tubeless Magic Mary ultra soft DH tires. V4 brakes with vented rotors! older DHX2 is still offered in imperial sizing so it was an easy choice.

From designing the spec, locating parts, building wheels, completely stripping the bike, rebuilding the frame pivots, and then final assembly, it was nearly a year in the making. Ive been in the industry since before this bike originally came out, so it was fun to take a trip down memory lane while being able to apply everything I've learned over the past 18 years. I've always been a fan of tasteful 'restomod' car projects. Pretty satisfying to be the go-to guy when it comes to work like this.

to a super tasty wheelset I built earlier this year. Classic hubs can come in a huge range of colors. Shown here is turquoise shells with orange widgets. I then laced them to rims with CX-Ray spokes and orange alloy nips. Turquoise valves are the last detail. The contrast of orange and turquoise makes both colors pop! But these aren't just a pretty face. Onyx hubs are a serious piece of kit that makes any bike feel fast and stealthy. Form AND function, always the goal here at .
