Before submitting for a loan application Chris provided guidance on what the process would look like, and what to expect along the way. Then once the pre-approval process began he was very communicative, providing status and information updates regularly.

Before submitting an offer, Chris answered his phone at 7:00 PM on a Saturday to validate interest rates had not changed from our initial discussion and validated that the offer we intend to make would fit within the pre-approval amounts.

After submitting the offer, Chris provided a full schedule that outlined what information would be requested and when, highlighting any other actions I would need to take through the process and documenting when they would be required to be completed by. The process finished sooner and closing on the new property took 21 days, start to finish.

I would highly recommend Chris Morton!

I encouraged my client to doublecheck their qualification with Chris. He found they hadn't even filed tax returns!! I don't know how in the world the online lender approved them.
All said and done, Chris took these Buyers from online application WITHOUT tax returns filed, to closing in less than 4 weeks! Amazing!
