Are you a risk taker??
I wouldn’t say we take are extreme risk takers but we have taken quite a few calculated risks that were necessary to grow and build the life we want for ourselves and our kids.
The longer you avoid taking any risks, the longer you keep yourself from opportunities of greatness.
Many of the risks we’ve taken have been in real estate. Most have paid off. We’ve also decided against quite a few real estate transactions that we decided weren’t for us, never regretting the decisions- just moving on and learning from whatever choice we made.
Recently we had a buyer walk away from a perfect home for them over $5k in purchase price. They are really regretting not taking the risk of increasing their offer and buying the home.
The real risk isn’t what happens if you do IT- it’s what happens if you DON’T.
Don’t 😴 on getting pre-approved.
With rates down & inventory low ⬇️ we’re already seeing many multiple offer situations & homes going into contract quicker than previous months.
Make sure your 🦆 are in a row before you begin looking at homes so you’re ready to act fast when the 🏠 for you comes on the market.
‼️Believe it or not- the higher rates were one if the best things to happen to our buyers in a long time ‼️
These higher rates helped our buyers get into contract with credits for rate buy downs & closing costs, purchase homes under list price, and not have to compete with multiple offers. It’s been an amazing time to be a buyer!
We are still seeing some of these deals out there but buyer demand is picking up with the recent decrease in rates. Although still a lot higher then they were during the past couple years, rates are coming down along with inflation and these buyer deals are slowing down.
