It’s not like I make gross things EVER but today’s the day, folks! YUMMY YUM YUMMINESS! Today’s fun hard flavor of the day is Banana Walnut Brittle made with HOMEMADE WALNUT BRITTLE! Made by me. Obviously. If you like banana bread with walnuts, this is your flavor!

AND we have Snickerdoodles which are SO GOOD on their own but you can also get it as a Parfait or on a Sundae with vanilla soft serve with caramel and either Cinnamon Toast Crunch or APPLE JACKS cereal!!! With a cookie on top! 😱😱😱

Our other hard flavors are also Sweet Cream, Amaretto Latte, Vegan Coconut, and Vegan Brown Sugar Biscoff!

whoa Whoa WHOA!! Homemade. Almond. Croissant. Blondies!!!!! Yummy buttery almond blondies topped with homemade almond frangipane and almond slices (the deliciousness that is on top of and inside almond croissants!!) and I CANT GET ENOUGH, SOOOO good!! I honestly think these are perfection on their own but you can also get one with vanilla soft serve and gooey warm caramel sauce!!

Fun Creams today! Even a fun vegan flavor! I know some of you are bummed you missed Thai Iced Tea, but we have everyone’s FIRST favorite tea flavor today- Tea & Cookies! It’s an earl grey ice cream with Oreos mixed in and absolutely won’t last long!

The fun vegan flavor of the day is Brown Sugar Biscoff! The rest of our ice cream flavors are Sweet Cream, Sweet Honey Graham, and Vegan Coconut!

We also have a lovely private fundraiser going on today at 3- a family friend of will be selling lemonade outside of our shop where all proceeds will go to !

LAST WEEKEND FOR Cookie Crumble Madness Special!! This awesome cookie is a chocolate chip cookie WITH OREOS inside, so come and get one alone or on a Parfait seen here OR in a smaller sundae with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, Oreos, and a cookie on top!

Next weekend we’ll do another one of her cookies (comment below which flavor- chocolate chip cookies, galactic, or snickerdoodles), and we’ll end the season with more Lemmie Boys with lemon curd since that seemed to be the fan favorite! We’ll be done with Vias Cookies Specials in August, but the shop won’t be closing until sometime in September, we’ll keep you updated!

Also, I knew Thai Iced Tea would sell out fast but I didn’t predict we’d only have it for ONE day, a day with leftover hurricane rains no less! I’ll make it again before we close this year, or maybe for a Fall Pop Up! 🧡

If you’re coming out in this weather for ice cream, I’m gonna make sure you have the BEST options possible!! First off, I finally made some Thai Iced Tea hard ice cream after several years of a break, SUPER delicious, definitely a fan favorite! (Several of our staff members were texting me freaking out of how good it is… 😂)

AND I made some S’mores Brownies with a Swiss Meringue top which makes it sweet and soft and gooey without the dense stickiness of regular marshmallow! Get one alone or in a Brownie Sundae! We also have a couple regular brownies left from yesterday too!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our wonderful employee !! She requested that I make my Brookies for her birthday treat, so her wish is my command! (Is that the saying??… that sounds weird…) Brookies are a delightful combo of our fudgy brownies and my infamously delish chocolate chip cookies, so they’re basically heaven in a bite!

Not only have we had our daughter’s play this weekend at the (suuuper cute, go see it tomorrow!), we had our annual Employee Party to thank our *wonderful* staff this season today!! I honestly can’t thank this crew enough- every single one of them clearly cares about us and our shop and the product we put out, shows up to every single shift or always finds a replacement, and also became such a wonderful tight knit group together. We’ve always felt like our employees became an extended part of our family, but this group especially.

I also want to thank our countless customers who have treated these kids so well over the last several years. Sadly there has always been a small number of people who are only respectful to Matt or me since we are the owners and it had always been such a bummer to me. Frankly we don’t believe the “customer is always right,” because we are all humans, are all flawed, and don’t believe one party holds any power over the other. We’re literally just exchanging two items in the end. It’s been well known lately that being in the food service industry has been extra stressful and we just wanted to thank all of the customers who come happy and treat us fairly.

Several of these wonderful humans are leaving us for college so I also wanted to remind everyone that with new staff members, not all of the cones coming out will be perfect or the exact sizes. And remember, new staff members almost *always* err on making too big of cones, so you’re probably getting a really good deal for the size you get, please be courteous to the new staff members.

Thank you so so so much everyone!! Don’t worry, we still have at least a month and a half left of this season, WOW has time flown by this year especially!!

More Sea Salt Chocolate Chip cookies today and we’ve brought back Butterscotch cone dip! It’s my fav of the new flavors!

As far as the previous post about hiring, we do need applicants to be 16 or older since our shifts go til 9pm at night!

More than half of our amazing staff we’ve had for three years now are going off to college so we are hiring ASAP to get some newbies in here! We had so many people ask us over the summer if we were hiring and I’m not sure I even got back to everyone so come and fill out an application early this week, we’d love to meet you! We already have some interviews lined up!

We are looking for people who are available to work all through August and September and then again to start next year’s season, for all of April of 2025. Even if you are a college student here and will be leaving by mid May next year, that might be perfect since most of our current staff wants to come back next summer! But we need people in the mean time. Please don’t apply if you won’t be here for most of August, all of September, and all of April. No experience needed, we’ve had plenty of people who this was their first job, but we do need hard workers and reliable people who will always show up for their shifts. This is an extremely fun job, but it’s also A LOT of work, keep that in mind!

We sold 10 tubs of Lemon Ricotta SO FAST that we are out for now, but we’ll get more in for the end of our season! BUT we did save a couple tubs of Winner Winner Brownie Dinner so come and get a scoop if you missed out this Spring or if you loved it! It’s our Sweet Cream ice cream with swirls of chocolate and chunks of brownie! And we one like ONE scoop left of Butterscotch Biscoff, so when that gets eaten, we’ll put up our Lavender flavor! Made more Oreo Soft Serve Sandwiches earlier and they’re ready now!! We have two options today- one option filled our Orange/Vanilla twist and one with Vanilla Soft Serve coated with chocolate cookie “dirt” for the ultimate cookies and cream flavor! Have you noticed the lack of shenanigans on here for about a week? Don’t worry, I was out of town but now I’m BACK! With shenanigans, always! Today our fun time special is a favorite of mine- OREO ICE CREAM SANDWICHES! We used to make them a lot at my former year round shops with hard ice cream but they’re so so good with some good ol’ fashioned soft serve- this time with our Classic Twist! (Have I been buying the Oreo brand ones all summer…. Yes, yes I have. Until I wised up knowing we could make better ones…)

PEEEERFECT day to get ice cream today and we’ve got some really fun homemade flavors! You loved our Cherry Coke Floats yesterday so today we’re making Shirley Temple Floats! Made with Sprite and our cherry syrup and a cherry on top of our vanilla soft serve, this will absolutely cool you down! You can also get it with a scoop of our Sweet Cream hard ice cream!

It’s also an amazing day for our Cold Brew coffee floats, we make our own cold brew using and $2 from each float gets donated to !

The kids and I were having so much fun at the and event that I forgot to post today’s special! 😳

Today we have a homemade Blackberry Lemon Curd that pairs delightfully well with the Chocolate Chip cookies of the day! And it’s so perfect in this heat! Come and get a sundae with vanilla soft serve, homemade curd (or hot fudge if you’re just a more chocolatey person and the heat isn’t bothering you) topped with a Vias Cookie! For $7.50 including tax! We also have the all chocolate parfaits too, we have those on a sign at our window, this one is a Social Media special only! 😉

I included pictures of the creation process- cooking down the blackberries, cooking the curd, then straining. I made it yesterday afternoon! YUM YUM!

Sweet Cream and Lemon Ricotta are BACK!! And we’ll have them for most of the remainder of the season as well, HUZZAH! Both are my recipe and huge fan favorites, especially the Lemon! The idea came from my Italian American background and I’ve been making it now for over a decade!
