Canning Day! This batch of Hazy IPA employs the Pink Boots hop blend! Brewing a Pink Boots IPA, allows us to support the Pink Boots Society, a non-profit organization whose mission is to assist, inspire, and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers through education.

The Pink Boots hop blend offers a rich and layered aroma with a delightful mix of tropical fruit, citrus, and herbal notes. Starting with a burst of tropical and citrus fruits via El Dorado and HBC 638 hops. Ahtanum's cedar and herbal qualities add a unique dimension. Idaho 7 delivers the berry and bubblegum notes. It's quite delicious!

Hazy IPA afficionados, unite! Right now our line of Hazy's is robust, as we have several inviting drafts on tap.

Just out is our Pink Boots IPA which uses Pink Boots blended hops. Pink Boots helps support female brewers, and we are pleased and proud to participate. We think you'll love the goodness! We'll have it in cans on Tuesday!

We still have a few kegs left of the deliciously succulent It's Always Hazy in Ithaca NEIPA. It has been moving fast!

Jim: "Hula Hoops and Bubbles Sour. It's the perfect 'lawn-mowing beer', light, lower alcohol, thirst-quenching and just tart enough to be like lemonade."

Ana: "Hella Maibock. A golden larger with a great balance of light maltiness with a smidge of bitter hops. And it's spring, so it's like an annual rite that isn't just a chore. My current fave!"

Kyle: "Local Vibe. It's a lighter Hazy, with a lower ABV and an invitng flavor that won't knock you over after one. Cheers!"

Yes! North Shore is opening in May! We've yet to determine the date, but we will let you know when staffing and inventory is confirmed!

Also:

Maibock will be ready on April 9th. This year in cans and on-draught! You may recall the name, you may recall the taste, maybe you'll even bring a dialect to the pronunciation. ("Mai" means May, when it is traditionally released in Germany). You will often hear it pronounced as MY. However, dialects being what they are, you may hear it as MAY. We don't get too hung up on it, but it is Hella good. More on our Maibock next week, when it's released.
