Let me introduce you to TWO of the most inspiring YOUNG MEN I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting/mentoring‼️ They show up every single day with a smile and ready to work, you know why⁉️ Because I treat them like HUMAN BEINGS and not just a body to make me MONEY‼️ I get them breakfast, snacks at the gas station, new SAFE boots, because I’m invested in THEIR SUCCESS and they are invested in MINE‼️ This is how you build long-lasting relationships with your employees, because any time I call because I need their LABOR, they’re ready in 30 minutes or less‼️ These companies and CORPORATIONS destroy people’s self-worth and try to get them for as cheap as possible to INCREASE their profit OFF THE BACKS OF THE WORKERS, so some egotistical CEO can buy a Lambo and fancy dinners‼️ I was TOLD by a PREVIOUS employer that I make TOO MUCH MONEY as a COMMISSION based Sales Rep, after I was #1 in the state of Florida, but they still cut my commission structure by almost 20% after I SOLD $496k in ONE YEAR‼️ THAT IS STRAIGHT UP DISRESPECT AND I WALKED AWAY from a company I GAVE almost 5 YEARS of MY LIFE to‼️ I WILL be successful and am successful because I treat people with RESPECT and VALUE EVERYTHING they bring to the table‼️ I tell them EVERY SINGLE DAY that I’m PROUD of THEM, I APPRECIATE everything they do, & that I LOVE them, because I FU**ING Do‼️ 18 years old and making more than almost every 18 year old in Jackson County and they are getting a raise in February, a substantial $4 and $5 per hour raise, not this trash 2-5% that these companies try to pass off as anything other than SPITTING in the employees face‼️ I have the HONOR of still working FULL TIME at Vista Grande because they gave me the TIME I needed to get my MENTAL HEALTH right, so I could continue to be successful‼️ That’s why I will be going back, because I know they see me AS A PERSON and they VALUE ME‼️ Chase - 18 - Project Supervisor & Bray - 18 - Crew Lead‼️ One day there will be ‘CEO & OWNER’ behind those names, because they are going to put in the work to GROW and EARN everything they ever receive‼️ I love you Guys and so HAPPY you’re now part of my CHOSEN FAMILY‼️

I don’t think people understand how IMPORTANT this young MAN is to me‼️ Finally being able to MENTOR someone who has the same HUSTLE I did at 18 and ready to change his situation with hard work and take care of HIS FAMILY‼️ Love you Lil’ Brother aka MY mini-me‼️ This is my PURPOSE brought to fruition‼️

BEST TIME OF MY LIFE‼️ I immediately felt at Home in NYC‼️ They hustle 24/7 and support one another on the grind, it’s incredible‼️ I can’t wait to have a place there‼️

I’ve NEVER felt more myself than when I was driving around in a in New York City‼️ I’m just a small town Midwestern guy, but I had ambition to change my situation. There’s been many bumps in the road, but I am doing it‼️ An older gentleman really put it into perspective for me when I said ‘well this is the goal to do….’ & He corrected me and said ‘Young Man, you are doing it! You have the attention of a crowd of HUNDREDS of people on 5th Avenue in one of the biggest cities in the World.’ That was a life changing moment‼️ I always tell others how Proud I am of them, but to have a stranger truly SEE me was life changing‼️ I am doing it, even in a Rental Lamborghini‼️ (I told everyone is was a rental, I did not front and pretend it was mine) 2023 will be the BIGGEST year of my life‼️ I started it in New York City and made so many incredible connections‼️

Had the pleasure of meeting the absolutely beautiful .mali ‼️ That smile tells you everything you NEED TO KNOW‼️

It’s truly incredible how much LIFE can change in a matter of weeks‼️ No joke, I was not in a good financial position and 💥 I now own a building, able to purchase vehicles and help the people of my community‼️ The ONLY reason I will be able to do most of what WE are doing is because I offered to help take care of an older man named Philip to make sure he didn’t get ripped off when he sold his family home that he’s personally been in since 1977‼️ He has no children or family, so GOD, yes GOD put me in his path to see what I would do with the collection he gave me‼️ Would I just be selfish and go buy myself the G-Wagon I always wanted OR would I reinvest in my community, so I’m FORCED to be patient‼️ (If you have questions about my new understanding of GOD or you are informed about it and want to chat from a non-judgemental place, DM me) ✨NYC Bound With Chase to Show Up & Show Out, but we NEVER Show Off‼️ I won’t front, we are at the true beginning stages of ALL of this, but we have the grit and determination to do so‼️

This truly breaks my heart‼️ This piece is almost 170 years old and now it’s destroyed forever‼️ I’m going to try and salvage parts of it somehow‼️ It belongs in my home, but not like this‼️ I really hope my insurance takes care of me, because I’m truly broken over this damn piece of wood, but it has a store and history of many lifetimes and stories‼️ 🖤🏳️‍🌈❤️

This is OUR RAGE WALL!! Throughout this remodel, I want people to write anything they want on the wall and then smash it with a hammer or sledge hammer, then when it’s all done, we will remove all of that left over material and writing and throw it all away! On my job site we talk about mental health, we talk about how it’s okay for men to cry and show emotion, it’s okay to admit that you’re struggling, and it’s okay to talk to a professional or trusted person about what you’re going through. I LOVE sharing my business knowledge, but my true Legacy will be teaching emotional intelligence to anyone working for me. I met the most wonderful 75 year old man recently and he invited me over to view his collections with the intention of me taking some of them to help him clear out his home to sell! When I tell you he has an absolute heart of gold, his home yet old has the most incredible loving family home energy, and it’s absolutely beautiful! He GAVE me his entire Pl***oy Collection from 1966-2014 with MANY duplicates!! He also gave me a large portion of his VHS collection, many still in plastic, some of my favorite Disney movies are in there too! He even gave me a BRAND NEW and in box DVD/VHS combo so I could enjoy some of the tapes before they go on eBay. I know I treat people with kindness, but I have no idea what I did to deserve all of this from him!! He does not have any living family or children, so as payback I told him I’ll do whatever he needs done around his home to prepare it for the sale, I’ll take him to meet with the realtor so he doesn’t get ripped off and then help him move into the community at my full-time job so he can reconnect with old friends in the Jackson area and be less lonely! I may have even found him a buyer for his home too!! Someone I truly trust to bring Philip’s home back to its original 1971 beauty, because nothing has been changed! It’s truly a time capsule. If my friend does purchase it, I will be posting the entire remodel because I’ll be assisting with the design and completion! I’m so grateful for where I am right now and the connections I’ve made back here in my tiny hometown!
