Welcome to Whitney's Farm, located in Jackson, NH.

It started with a handful of chickens, like most small farms, and just like Noah's Ark, they just kept coming. The ducks came next, then the goats, the sheep, the rabbits and before we knew it we had the making of a farm. We purchased three barn sheds in the Spring of 2021, built a chicken coop, fenced in the area and Whitney's Inn Farm was born!

Since then we have added Remy, our miniature Juliana pet pig. During this whole process, we added Whitney, our Great Pyrenees dog. She's very friendly unless you're a bear, which is why these dogs are bred. They are livestock security dogs and after an initial bear attack that took place before she got there, she has been doing a great job. We also had some pigs and turkeys but they have provided meals for guests in the Shovel Handle Pub or for Thanksgiving dinners. Co-owner of Whitney's Inn, Maria Bilger, is the official keeper of the farm and gets help from our two daughters, Kacie and Alison.

Today the farm consists of 12 chickens, Lagertha and Gyda, our Nigerian dwarf goats, Daisy and Daffodil, our two ducks, Genevieve and Valery, our miniature Shetland sheep, Spice, our Flemish rabbit and Remy, the pig . The chickens provide eggs daily for breakfast for the guests at Whitney's Inn. We also have a farmstand providing eggs, goat milk soap, wool dryer balls, soy candles, and other handmade products. It is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Columbus Day Weekend. Guests and locals are both welcome to visit the farm and check things out. We are currently adding pathways and signage to let people know where it's located. We hope to see you there!
