As everyone knows hurricane Helene has brought rain into our area. The weather report is calling for a 91% chance of rain tomorrow, however, the event is still going forward, although it will be a little different than we planned for! When life hands you lemons and all…make it a hurricane party!
The details are as follows:
The Cosplay and Pokémon contests will still go ahead as planned!! Many vendors may not show due to weather, but some will still be there! Food trucks will be at their discretion, more to come as information comes in from them!
WE WILL STILL HAVE A BLAST IN TRUE CCG CANADA FASHION!! So, come... bring your friends and let’s have a hurricane party CCG style!!

We are still waiting until closer to time to make a desicion on the weather for Saturdays event! PLEASE NOTE: Regardless of the weather the Cosplay contest and the Pokemon contest will still be happening indoors, SO KEEP WORKING ON YOUR COSTUMES!

I know there is some concern about the weather for Saturdays event. As of right now we are still going ahead with the event. If that changes I will notify everyone before Saturday! Fingers crossed, for good weather! Also, New Vendor spots are now closed unless we have a cancellation.
