A diverse mix of amenities, including private individual entrances, a standalone clubhouse with fitness center, computer workstations, children's tot lot, basketball court, and a program of resident activities. Each apartment features in-unit washer/dryer and benefits from 24/7 on-site management and maintenance. A social service coordinator is available upon request.
The Ponds is located in Jackson Township near Interstate 195 and the New Jersey Turnpike, offering easy accessibility to both the New Jersey Shore and points west. The surrounding area is rich in outdoor recreational spaces, including Turkey Swamp Park for camping and boating, Colliers Mills Wildlife Management Area, local farms and markets, golf, Laurita Winery, Six Flags Great Adventure & Hurricane Harbor Water Park and the IPlay America indoor theme park.
