Beginning February 5th, the St. Johns River Ferry service will be temporarily suspended for infrastructure improvements and scheduled maintenance. This preventative maintenance will both enhance customer safety and extend the vessel’s service life.

Service is expected to resume by February 26th. Periodic updates during the haul-out will be available on social media, the MyJTA website, and https://ferry.jtafla.com.

Big News for the Beaches!

🏡 Major Milestone! 🏡

Thrilled to share that Joseph and Cassidy have successfully closed on their first home. Working with these wonderful clients was an absolute joy. I got a call from them one day after my open house had closed. I agreed to drive back out and open the home back up for them! That house didn’t end up fitting their needs, but we all seemed to click. After agreeing we all wanted to work together the hunt was on! We saw multiple homes that fit their needs and ending up finding the one that was just right for them! We put that baby under contract and got our inspection ordered. With a little negotiating magic we were able to get them a brand new water heater and seamless gutters installed around the entire house! This one was fun! My buyers were great and I can’t wait to see how they transform this home! Here’s to their new chapter and countless happy memories in their new home!
