Automotive Fixed operations trainer and process coach.
Set the Standard, and the Pace!
Don't settle for "average." We all have the potential to excel and inspire others to do the same. Talk is cheap. Excellence is contagious! Building momentum that drives exceptional results is too. You must put in the work daily! Inputs & outputs.
Remember, how you do one thing is how you do everything.
"This isn't just about work life - it's a life choice! What standard will YOU set today? Who’s watching? A friend, child, or coworker? Maybe even the boss or your spouse?
Share your thoughts in the comments below!"
If you’re not accountable, you’re not credible! If you can’t handle constructive criticism, you struggle to learn from your mistakes. Progress not perfection!
Almost not believable!

Remember those that had fallen this weekend. The ultimate sacrifice.
From my family to yours, Happy Memorial Day!
The rifle is affixed with a bayonet and inverted, signifying that the Soldier went down fighting. The boots signify the Soldier’s last march onto the battlefield. Dog tags are imprinted with the Soldier’s name, and hung from the rifle so their identity will never be forgotten. The helmet is placed atop the rifle representing what the Soldier stood for, and signifying that their battle is now over.
The Battlefield Cross is a sacred symbol amongst military members. Since a funeral is typically not possible during wartime, these symbols serve as a rallying point where surviving members of a unit can mourn and remember their fallen comrades.
Eyes wide open
From my family to yours, Happy Mother’s Day!

If you don’t know……
Does your baggage impact your day positively or negatively?
I will say it’s negatively in almost all circumstances. I’ve been training through & for the last 17 mo’s and it’s been an amazing journey. Mentally, spiritually, emotionally & physically. I’m growing every day to become the best and I do mean the very best version of myself Glenn Lundy.
Yesterday I posted my fastest average pace since I started on this journey. 45 minute outdoor cardio.
Today I put on my weighted vest and carried an extra 32lbs with me on the same stretch I walked yesterday for my outdoor cardio.
My average pace decreased by over a minute per mile. For simple math purposes, it was an additional time of 3 minutes taken away from my day. That’s 4 minutes per hour carrying that extra baggage. That’s an additional 96 minutes per day in lost productivity or 30 days X 96 minutes = 2,880 minutes per month or divided by 60 minutes = 48 hours in a month. 2 full days now multiply that X 12 months.
If I didn’t carry that baggage, I could essentially create an additional 24 days of potential production in the next year. 💭💭🤔
In the world. We sell time. Just imagine what that could mean to your bottom line net, net, net. Then multiply those additional days X the number of employees at the dealership. The number is mind blowing 🤯 and it’s the same for variable & fixed.
Who needs a month 13 for reconciliation purposes when you could create a month 14, 15 or 16 in your organizations 12 mo’s from now?
As leaders, we need to remove the baggage that our teams carry. 💡💡
I’d love to teach your FixedOps teams how to win that battle to become the best damn version of themselves through executing through process improvement. 💵💰🤑
