Just finished a bunch of work and haven't been remembering to take before and after pics unfortunately. Busy with all the work we are having to knock out lately. Just framed a closet in a garage with a double pocket door, multiple patches, lifted all panels in the ceiling, replaced half the panel from the electrician falling through, and removed popcorn to a smooth flat ceiling, then painted with Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec 500 Exterior Flat all round. Went to my realtors again to stain her fence today in the heat. It's a custom match with Benjamin Moore Arbor Coat Semi-Transparent. I've been busy and have forgotten to take pics from before and after of my projects so I figured I'd try to remind myself to do so today. Been extremely busy with work so I'm sorry for not keeping updated during the holidays and all. Redoing a fence for a Realtor I know and finished up my biggest solo project about two week ago in the second video. Fence was done by some shady "Handymen" and they left the lady in the wind. We have it solid now and she's satisfied at the huge difference in quality and look. The interior project took me about a month in total to complete and was painted with Benjamin Moore Regal Select Eggshell on Walls in Capri Coast OC-87, Ultra Spec Scuff-X Semi-Gloss White 01 on Trim and Doors, Aura Eggshell on the Garage Walls (Not in Video), and Regal Select Exterior Soft Gloss White 01 on Front/Back/Garage Doors (Not in Video). Before and After of a remodel for a client in Orange Park. Went from a darker beige to Benjamin Moore Silver Half Dollar 2121-40 in Aura Matte. The trim is Regal Select Semi-Gloss White 01. Sprayed some quarter rounds for a customer yesterday with Regal Select Semi-Gloss White 01. Tomorrow I paint their kitchen and I'll post pics from before and after as well.

Finished three Bathrooms for a new client and have been doing this handrail for her as well. I sanded the rails with a medium contour sanding pad then primed it with INSL-X Stix Bonding Primer. I gave it better coverage with a coat of Regal Select Semi-Gloss White 01. I'm going back to do a final coat with Benjamin Moore Advance Semi-Gloss in OC-65 Chantilly Lace. It will be hard as the wood underneath in a month when fully cured. If you need any painting done just give me a call anytime before 8pm.

Finished a fence for a client in Saint Augustine this weekend. Too hot for fencing so ask about it in October lol. I do a few odd jobs so just ask if it's something outside of painting that you may want done. I can let you know if I am able to tackle it or know someone who is able to knock it out for you.

Before and after pictures from a client in Palencia. Patched and sprayed with orange peel texture then coated with Benjamin Moore Scuff-X in Sherwin Williams SW7036 Agreeable Gray. Kitchen and living area next then we'll be applying a Paver sealer to their driveway and back patio/pool.

The kitchen and living room are finished on the beach condo after two coats. We started on the guest bath and bedroom yesterday. Everything is coming along nicely and should be completed soon. Just finished a chair for a client who is getting it reupholstered. I used my Dremel to remold and sand it down. I then painted it with a Custom Brown in Advance High Gloss by Benjamin Moore.
