To date this was one of our most difficult projects. We pride ourselves on relationships. Thats what sets New Lease apart from jo shmo. This particlar project was the last one we will ever have the honor of doing for this client. Unfortunatly he passed away before seeing his dream come to fruition. This deck hit us hard but we made sure we did the best work possible so his beloved family can enjoy his vision with him in spirit.

Sometimes corners are cut with the thoughts of " it will be fine " and then its not so we go in and make the repair the clients need. Shower install gone bad so here we are fixing it. No more leak when we get done.

What a glorious Monday for arts and crafts. The ladies needed their accessories.

No jobs too small. Came out to New Bern to help a listing agent and repeat client out. Attic a/c leaked a little and caused a stain on the ceiling. Nothing a few coats of paint cant fix.

Keeping it in the family. Teaching the future of the company the simple things. Changing out the locks may seem simple enough but if youve never done it then its not lol.

Cable man put his foot threw the ceiling. Paints still a bit wet but you can hardly tell the hole was there in the first place.

Minor deck repairs as needed. Sometimes the founation is still good and all you need is some minor tweeking.

New company work truck. Homewrecker 1 getting on her work uniform. We will post more when she is finished.

New home bath remodle. Out with the old and in with the new marble tile and pewter grout. Remodle on a buget but dont sacrifice your taste.
