Celebrating a Remarkable Career: Mona Aliseo Retires from JM Associates Federal Credit Union

After over four decades of dedicated service, Mona Aliseo, a cornerstone of JM Associates Federal Credit Union (JMAFCU), in Deerfield Beach has retired. Mona's journey with JM Family Enterprises began over 40 years ago, marking the beginning of a distinguished career that has left an indelible mark on both the organization and the community it serves.

Mona Aliseo's retirement marks the end of an era at JMAFCU, where her presence has been synonymous with excellence, compassion, and unwavering dedication. Her legacy will undoubtedly endure as a testament to the values she embodied throughout her career. As Mona embarks on this new chapter, JMAFCU extends our heartfelt gratitude for her years of service and wishes her all the best in her well-deserved retirement.

As Mona enjoys her much deserved retirement, Rafaela Churchill, in her role as Branch Supervisor, will be the main contact for Deerfield associates.

With over two decades of customer service expertise and more than a decade in the banking industry, Rafaela has dedicated her career to assisting others. Her journey at JM Associates Federal Credit Union began seven years ago when she joined as a Member Service Representative. Since then, she has grown within the organization, taking on roles as a Loan Processor and Loan Officer before assuming her current position as Deerfield Branch Supervisor in June 2023.

Congratulations Mona. Rafaela welcomes the opportunity to assist the needs of South Florida members.

The JMFE Benefits Fair was a grand affair with the St. Louis associates. JMAFCU associates Maria and Suzanne really enjoyed sharing the benefits of membership under the big top!
