The Shift manager has the overall responsibility of assisting the General Manager in maintaining the production, planning and ex*****on of the standardized customer service and recipes at Jimmy Hula’s. They lead and run shifts, handle personnel issues, cash handling, employee training, assist in ordering and stocking of restaurant supplies.
Oversee the full operations of the kitchen in a quick service restaurant. Supervise a staff of 5 or more associates on a daily basis.'

Jimmy Hula's is all about Food Nirvana!! We Strive to Execute Quality Food while providing Great Service in a laid-back atmosphere. We instill this same sense of "culture" into our team creating a fun, light-hearted, but structured work environment.
We're looking to add self-motivated individuals who can match speed and accuracy for all recipes, and the ability to learn and/or work multiple stations.
You'll be responsible for accurate and timely ex*****on of the menu items, while maintaining our high standards of food quality and safety.
This is a high volume fast casual experience that expects to execute all food within certain ticket times, working with fryers, flattops and ovens.
Experience is not necessary but preferred. We can, and will, train you to become successful as you allow yourself to be.
We are a young and fast-growing company throughout Florida with Growth Opportunities available!
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
Pay: Starting at $13/hr up to $18/hr
