Paula & Cariad were referred to me by an agent friend in Tallahassee. Once we made our initial contact we were off looking for their dream home. Spanning multiple days, they had their eye on this beauty. I was able to negotiate the price down from the sellers asking price and $5,000 forwards their closing costs. Once the inspection came back, there were some items that would need to be addressed, on top of the 5k in closing costs, we received $25,000 worth of repairs that were agreed upon by the sellers to be complete by closing. Oh and they closed with positive equity.

All in all they received upwards of 35k in credits, repairs and equity.

This was not an easy deal to put together, but we all worked together and made it happen and not they get to move into their dream home and create new memories!

Congrats to my sellers on the successful sale of there home in Aberdeen! John and Amanda had to relocate for John’s work and had to sell to move up to Atlanta. There were some hurdles along the way, but we managed to get through! Final sale price was $430,000!

Story Time:

After 3 years in the Real Estate business, I have had so many people poor into me in my professional and personal life. I was searching for something where I could lead and pour into others while maintaining my Real Estate business, I was searching for “My Tribe” in a sense. Back in February I attended one of the biggest real estate conventions in the country, Family Reunion. Being that it was my first time attending and not really knowing what to expect, I went in with an open mind. On the last day of the event, I happened to meet the segment leader for the KW Young Professionals division. I discovered there wasn’t a Young Professionals chapter in Jacksonville. Not going to lie to you, I was skeptical about joining at first, but to have the opportunity to lead others, launch a chapter in the city I grew up in and love, I signed up on the spot! I could not pass up the opportunity. Fast forward to Wednesday, As the incoming president of the KWYP JAX Chapter, I hosted an event for the were I facilitated a panel of agents and team leader where we discussed the challenges that can occur being younger and how we have overcome the limiting believe of “You’re to Young” I am thankful for those who have always believed in me when I didn’t and I am excited for what is to come.
