SANTA IS HERE! 🥳

Well, he is here at Potter's Terrace, between Main Street and Pine Street on East 3rd, from 1-3pm today, so be sure to make your way downtown to hang out for a bit!

He and Mrs. Claus will have some goodies for kids who come and stop by to say hi! ❄

Due to the weather, unfortunately we have canceled the musical event at the Wintergarden Plaza and our vendors have decided to move to Potters Terrace located on Third Street between Main and Pine Streets where they will be more visible.

Mr And Mrs Santa Claus will be at Potters Terace today from 1-3.pm Giving out cookies coloring books to all the kids .
So please stop downtown to the Jamestown Artisans Bazaar from 11-4pm today!

Miles is a kindergartener at Bemus Elementary and is selling handmade gifts this season to raise money for the Lakewood Kitten Rescue

Be sure to check out Mile's handmade crayons and play dough kits when you're at the Dykeman building! 100% of the proceeds go to this new 501c3 which rescues homeless kittens in our community.❄

So when Mark and I heard that Diane was organizing the Holiday Artisan Bazaar in Jamestown, we thought it would be a great opportunity to share our musical talents to help kickstart this inaugural event! COVID-19 Regulations and Guidelines for the Jamestown Holiday Artisan Bazaar - December 2021

This is a notice about some COVID-related guidelines we want everyone to be aware of going into the next couple of weekends [we shared this internally with our vendors and volunteers weeks ago, but realize the general public would obviously like to know too!] And now with the recent update from Gov. Hochul, we want to make sure everyone is on the same page.

As things in our county have changed quite a bit since we first started planning this event, we've decided to make sure we're following the CDC recommendations and what NYS mandates.

As a way to help address the winter COVID-19 surge, New York is now requiring people to wear masks in all indoor public places.

Gov. Kathy Hochul made the announcement Friday morning. According to the governor, this decision was made in response to rising hospitalizations and due to the state's seven-day COVID-19 positivity rate.

Based on the latest data from New York State, the statewide seven-day average percent positive rate increased by 43% since Thanksgiving, while hospitalizations increased by 29%.

The mask requirement applies to staff members at a business or venue, as well as patrons 2 years old and older.

We also will be monitoring the number of guests coming indoors to shop as well.

All outdoor activities and vendors at the Winter Garden have been officially cancelled by the planning committee due to inclement weather. *This includes Santa and Mrs. Claus - they will be back on Dec 18th!

Between rain and high winds warning, we don't want to subject our vendors, volunteers, guests, or musical guests to this poor weather [again! since last weekend was just as windy].

Thank you for understanding, and we still will have our indoor vendor spots opened to visit as well as the other various local Jamestown businesses to go visit: BioDome, Art Cloth & Craft, Chautauqua Soap, Jamestown Skate Products, Lucy-Desi Museum Gift Shop, and so many more!!❄

Our next vendor highlight goes to: Mutable Magic Studio!

They offer polymer clay jewelry; beaded jewelry, acrylic and oil paintings, fairy doors and more!🧚‍♀️

They'll be with us for the next two weekends, so be sure to stop by this Saturday and check out some of what there is offer!
