Good morning friends! Wanted to make one more announcement of our 'Baby Bottle Blessings' project for ARC! Collect your loose change (paper bills work also!) in one of the provided bottles, or any container you have on hand.... bring them in by June 30 and we will deliver to ARC. ARC is a local non-profit agency that seeks to help mothers and children in our area. We always enjoy participating in their annual 'Baby Bottle Blessings" campaign, but encourage you to remember them all year long and bless them if you are able!

It’s a beautiful day at JCC! Pastoral staff are putting up the sign for our annual JCC Block Party. It’s only 2 weeks and 2 days away- and several volunteers vehicles are parked in the background. Those folks are doing prep work for tonight’s outreach ministry -Friendship Feast.

Good Morning! We will have worship services at 8:30 and 10:45 am. We would love for you to join us at either service! We have Sunday School classes for ALL age groups at 9:45 am. Every Sunday is special to us, but this morning will be extra special. We will honor the men of our church as today is Father's Day AND today is our annual Baby Dedication Sunday. See you soon!

Good Morning! Are you looking forward to worship this morning? We have parking lot attendants ready to assist if need be. We have greeters to welcome you. We have a praise team ready to lead us in song. We have children's ministry workers ready for your children. We have a youth team ready to welcome your teens. We have a pastor ready to bring the good news. Now we just need you to come at 8:30 or at 10:45 and be ready for the spirit of God to meet you there!

We invite you to make plans to join us in the morning for worship at JCC. Services are at 8:30 am and 10:45 am with Sunday School classes in between at 9:45 am. Tomorrow we will explore the verses in John 15 and see what instruction they can give us about bearing the good fruits found in Galatians 5. We'll save you a seat at 65 S Main Street!

Mary Kate, Shanna and JCC Anchored Kids are on their way home to JCC following a GREAT week at White Mills Christian Camp! Blessings for safe travels and we can’t wait to hear All about it!

LAKERS ADVANCE IN FIRST
ROUND OF STATE TOURNEY

Staving off a third inning threat, the Russell County Mighty Laker Baseball Team advanced in the first round of state tournament action.
Russell County defeated Simon Kenton 4-1 in seven innings at Legends Field in Lexington Thursday.
The Lakers jumped out to an early lead in the bottom of the first inning with a home run by Mayes Gosser.
The diligence of the Laker defense forced Simon Kenton to leave runners on bases through most of the game.
Russell County will play again this Saturday, 9 a.m. at Legends Field, in Lexington.
The community has shown tremendous support to the baseball team as they compete at the state level for the second season in a row.
The team was escorted through Jamestown and Russell Springs in a parade Wednesday before their departure to Lexington.
The parade route was lined with well-wishers holding signs, waving, and shouting encouragement.

TONIGHT at JCC:

NO JCC Anchored Kids activities tonight! MK and several of the kids are at summer camp this week! All are having a great time from the reports we have heard so far!

And for the adults - Summer Small Groups have started and are at various locations/times.

Overflow Student Ministries will be in the Levee at 5:30!

Good morning! Got good plans for today? We invite you to schedule an hour for biblical study among friends at MID. MID is our Mid Week/Mid Day Bible study held each Wednesday at noon in FLC 107. So many times summer opens up schedules for more people to be able to meet during the day so we are extending this special invitation. We would love to have you join us! Bring an old friend or Come make a new friend! See ya soon.

Good morning! Join us for worship at 8:30 am and/or 10:45 am at 65 S Main Street in Jamestown! It is Graduate Recognition Sunday. We will celebrate our high school and college graduates at both service times. Sunday School for all ages is at 9:45 am. This is also Move-Up Sunday. This means our children's Sunday School class age ranges will change. Signs are posted and there are volunteers to help the children as they Move-Up!

Happy June to all of you!! This will be a blessed, busy month at JCC - as most are! Lots of opportunities for bonding in worship and fellowship with your brothers and sisters in Christ are available. Want to know some easy ways to keep up with activities at JCC? Check this churchwide FB page, check Student Ministries or JCC Anchored Kids. Have you noticed the new fencing situation around our children’s playground equipment? We think it looks great!

… and we are VERY grateful to the generous donor that covered the cost-even though they wish to remain anonymous-we wanted to say thank you. We pray the children of JCC continue to enjoy this playground for years to come.

Good morning all! Today is Wednesday and that means we gather for Worship!

Tonight our OSM-youth will be in the Levee from 5:30-7:30.

Beginning at 6:30 our Anchored Kids will be doing tie dye as part of their lesson plan so wear suitable clothing for that! Also - bring something you would like to dye... (a white t-shirt?)

Adult Bible Study will meet in FLC 107 at 6:30 also. The sign up/information sheets for Summer Small Groups will be on display. BE SURE to sign up! Adult Small Groups will begin next week and we are looking forward to connecting this summer!

What an exciting week it has been in our community! With end of school year festivities and all that brings! We want to stop for a second and soak in the glory of it all.
