We are still open and performing appraisal work!
Homeowners, if you are experiencing even the slightest bit of a cold or sniffles, please call and let us know. We will in turn check with the bank to see if we can perform an exterior inspection. We ask that all lights be switched on, preferably all doors open...maybe the window a crack...and if possible go for a walk or keep your distance while the appraiser inspects your home. Our appraisers do have face masks and gloves if need be and will sanitize before and after their visit.
