Dr. Stuckey will be out of the office this week. We will return to normal hours Monday, March 25.

The sun feels great and it is great for our mental well being but we have to wait until March 21 until the sun is high enough to onvert the sunshine into Vitamin D. Keep supplementing if you have found your levels have been on the low end.

Spring is early. I am converting some side yard to a natural wildflower garden and I need some help. It is too big a job to use a tiller so wondering if anyone with access to a utility disc plow could help. It would be so much quicker. Any leads would be appreciated. The space is probably 30 foot wide by 75 foot long. TIA.

Privileged and always humbled by the great community of Gonstead Chiropractors at the latest seminar! This was my 27th seminar and I always come away with something. Most importantly a renewed focus and an appreciation for the warriors in the health care field. These are trying times and we must all do our best!

Wow, how 19 years goes by fast! Thanks to my friend Rich, who was cleaning up his office, for this gem. I apologize to my wife and daughter for posting this but I couldn't help but be amused!😃

Just visited my neighors place this weekend for fresh blueberries. They have over 300 bushes at their farm! They are selling at the Janesville Farmers Market! Delicious!

We got our run in this morning! They enjoyed every second!

We hold onto anger in our hips, fear in our knees, and burden in our shoulders! I get asked all the time what 'blank' pain came from when they 'didn't do anything'? Our body is amazingly complex and everything is interconnected! Maybe see what emotion we are internalizing that needs to be dealt with. Take time for your complete heatlh; mind, body and soul!

Happy 4th of July haircut! He doesn't look mortified like usual!

We will be open bright and early tomorrow Monday, June 19. Dr. Stuckey’s self-care involved running up and down a few mountains and enjoying all the beautiful views!

We will be closing the office on Thursday, June 8 at 4 pm and will reopen on Monday, June 19. Also, a reminder that Dr. Stuckey is fully booked this week and the week he returns, so if you miss your appointment we will not be able to reschedule you for a few weeks. Thank you for understanding!
