FOR SALE: 30 freezers, 1 double refrigerator, large pots, buffet pans, trays, trolleys, steel tables, catering items, party coffee pots, coolers, mats, etc. All must go. Freezers will go for $70 to $350. Double fridge $1500. Other items under $50 down to $5.

January food almost done, but due to a lack of containers, we are making frw extra meals. Things will look different this month!

Dec order due Thursday Nov 4th.

Egg rolls are back. Last year I had trouble getting them.

Been shopping today. This was the Sam's Club portion.

I just LOVE this one. Mediterranean salad, enjoy hot or cold.

We discovered today we can only fulfill 1/3 of our orders for Sante Fe eggrolls. So, we are making other food and hope to match up what we made with customers. If I do find the rolls available somewhere, I'll buy them. So far we have some salisbury steaks, crab cakes, broccoli chicken, breaded cod, manicotti, and ham steaks.

Trying to close August orders today. 23/25 customers ordering. Huge drop in business post vaccines. Welcome 15 more customers, so spread the news.

July meals in progress

Gregg on dishes, Deb packaging, and discovering new trays take up more space, which may be a problem.

Comes frozen. Can eat manicotti from tray to avoid dishes, or plate food, or even share. Guess who doesn't like lima beans.

Coleslaw. Pull it out before reheating.

Love this summer salad. Great cold or as a warm side.
