Out with the old and in with the new. Removed and replaced rotten floor joists, rotten subfloor and we were able to find a match to repair this floor. While we were at it, might as well get rid of the window and install a new door. Not only does it look great, but it’s so much more sturdy. Glad to work on this one!

Ready for paint! Is it too hot upstairs? This client had a great idea to spray foam their upstairs and replace drywall. Wow did it make a difference. So much cooler upstairs. Drywall finished and ready for paint!

With all the rain we have had, we are seeing more and more compromised floor joists and rotten sub-floor. We are so happy we were able to help this client get rid of all that buckled hardwood and replace her floor joists and subfloor. Wow does that new floor look good! Such a pleasure to work with!
