I remember when I first moved here almost 30 years ago now. I was standing at the bottom of the field after building my fence and I thought I'll never fill this place up. Well it wasn't long and I had it over filled. I was so thrilled because I finally had my own farm and all I has to do was raise and show my roosters. Back then my family and inlaws were all healthy and I was too and I was showing my best friend my new farm ,I had feeling come over me that day almost like a voice in my head telling me these next few years will be the best of my life, and they were. I traveled all over showing my own roosters and enjoying life with my family. Then of corse age and sickness affected my family and I began losing my loved ones and bad laws were being passed to affect me prosuing my life's passion. So all the things have such a profound affect on life. Now I'm older and only a few of my mentors and loved ones are still around and this rooster business is hardly a shadow of what was when feel in love with it. So you younger guys out their remember to appreciate the time you have now , your loved ones , your health and what freedom you still have. Let me tell you it goes by fast, I don't know what all I'd change if I could go back I'm sure theirs a lot I could've done better but i know I'd stand back more and appreciate the good moments more ,,,,,, Long ago and far away .

Theirs nothing else that compares to these little Grey's they are totally unique and special. That's why the greatest breeders ever had them. Madigin made them Sweater McGinnis who worked for Madigin wanted them and made the Blueface from them. He let let WT Greene have them because he knew Mr Greene was the type person who would value them the way they deserved. I've had chickens from almost all big breeders and most have had a lot to offer but nothing compares to these Blueface and Regular Grey's. It sounds crazy to say it but they changed in the positive way and I value them above about anything in my life. The most fortunate thing in my gamefowl life was getting to know Mr Greene. I'm happy to say that as great as the chickens are from him I was able to take away from him more than good chickens he taught the value of preserving something great that so many never realize exists . They have propt up almost all breeds and I bet all of you have a little of it inyour fowl and don't realize this is where that last peck comes from. less
