🔹Doctor Loans - A conventional loan program that requires just 3% down. This is open to residents, MD, DDS, DMD, OD, DPM, DO, DVM AND physician assistants & registered nurses. Future employment contract eligibility.

🔹Construction Loans - A ONE-TIME close construction loan, up to a 12-month construction term and a max LTV of 89.99% (Thats's only a 10.01% down payment)


❗️One of our best-selling products right now is the Home Ready/Home Possible loan. Here's some quick product information. ❗️

▪️ Conventional loan product that requires only 3% down

▪️ You're not required to be a first-time home buyer to qualify

▪️ Depending on your income and the county you purchase in, you may qualify for an additional $1250 or $2500 closing cost credit. Even clients with a higher down payment can still qualify for this program and the closing cost credit

▪️ With a down payment less than 20% and a score of just 680 or higher, all LLPAs are removed! This means there is NO HIT/IMPACT to your rate for your credit score being less than perfect. This helps pricing drastically!

▪️ Mobile Homes/Manufactured Homes = OK!
