Our clinical leaders were pleased to accept the 2023 Platinum Level Clinical Quality Award last week at the Missouri Primary Care Association (MPCA) Conference. CHCCMO has met or exceeded targets in cancer screenings, diabetes control, lead screening, and well-child visits. We are so proud of our team for achieving this honor!

We started off National Health Center Week with a Back-to-School Bash on Saturday! We had an overwhelming turnout! Our staff made the event a success!

We had a tremendous turnout and are sorry to report that we have given away all of our backpacks!

Just a reminder of our Back to School Bash tomorrow! Supplies are limited and we have backpacks for 200 school-age children. The event will be on our upper parking lot and will be moved inside if it is raining.
