3-month-old daughter of 1st responders needs life-saving heart surgery

Guess what, we are still having our annual pancake breakfast! Mark your calendars for October 4th and join us as we offer a drive through service at the fairgrounds. Tickets are $8 for adults and $2 for kids 5 and under.

It’s the first week of school in Jefferson!

It’s EMS week, thanks to all those working hard to keep the community safe and even sneak a few minutes for an interview.

National EMS Appreciation Week Emergency Medical Technicians respond to every 911 call. They are some of the first people at the emergency scene and when they get there they have a huge responsibility while maintaining their composure in those high stress situations.

Jefferson EMS came to St. Peter's today for career week. Daycare kids -2nd grade enjoyed AEMT Jessica's presentation!!!

West Elementary is holding a Clothing Drive Wednesday, August 28th from 4PM-5:30PM. West is asking families and community members to bring in new or gently used clothing, winter gear and shoes or boots for students in grades K-5. High School student volunteers will be on hand collecting monetary donations to be used to gift haircuts to students in need as well as to pay off lunch balances. Donations of toiletries are also encouraged. Travel-sized and sample toiletries make great donations. Consider decluttering your drawers and cupboards to benefit our families in need.

West Elementary llevará a cabo una campaña de ropa el miércoles 28 de agosto de 4 PM a 5:30 PM. West está pidiendo a las familias y miembros de la comunidad que traigan ropa nueva o usada, ropa de invierno y zapatos o botas para los estudiantes en los grados K-5. Los estudiantes voluntarios de la escuela secundaria estarán presentes recogiendo donaciones monetarias para regalar cortes de cabello a los estudiantes que lo necesiten y para pagar los saldos de almuerzo. También se alienta la donación de artículos de tocador. Los artículos de tocador de tamaño de viaje y de muestra son excelentes donaciones. Considere ordenar sus cajones y armarios para beneficiar a nuestras familias necesitadas.
