There I was, sitting at the bar at the end of the night, when two guests asked me why we didn't have a spicy, whole grain mustard for our brats. Well, I didn't have a good answer, because I love a good spicy mustard, so we got some horseradish, grated it up, added it to whole mustard seeds and vinegar, added a few spices, and BAM! Here we are.

Introducing our Spicy Hausradish Mustard! My grandfather used to grow two main things in his garden: rhubarb and horseradish, and he was always chewin' on one or the other. He was an old, proud Pennsylvanian Dutchman through and through, and was known as "Herman the German" growing up. If he was still here, he'd say, "Abbeditlich!", PA dutch for, "smells delicious!"

Every Wednesday we put out a new wing sauce, and this week we drew inspiration from our friends at ! If you don't know about Penny pack Ecological Trust, they are a private nature preserve right around the corner, doing the important work of protecting our local wildlife and ensuring the preservation of our local watershed. They have a group of fantastic people there that we are lucky enough to call friends.

This BBQ sauce is made with Beet Molasses, Wild Honey, and a local cider from ! Super sticky and sweet, and most definitely delicious; come in today to get them at 25% off, or the rest of the week while supplies last!

Hey Jenkintown! We've got a new sauce for you! In honor of our first beer dinner this Friday, we made a Czech 10 BeerBQ sauce for our wing night special tonight!
