Just convinced a couple of my friends to place Christmas orders with me. They were completely unaware about my situation and I’ve decided to explain it here.

Not everybody knows that HB has been struggling for quite some time, which resulted in recent changes, including closing retail brick-and-mortar and switching to catering/personal orders.
We did a few successful catering events, including Four Seasons and Chanel at 57th Street, but even that is not enough yet. It was a slow start and isn’t enough to keep us going and we seriously have to leave Jersey City, unless you can help.

So I’m reaching out to all of you for orders and your word-of-mouth both. No orders are too small or too big, everything will help!

Please order, or at least tell your friends and family and people you know about us, if you think they might enjoy something delicious, beautiful and fleeting as a our food.

Also, if you think of anybody who might need catering, please let them know and we’ll create an amazing experience for their event!
