Salon Doremi is looking for a master of multi-tasking with excellent customer service skills! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service as well as building up a large client base. The ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. When our clients walk into our salon, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
• Act as director of first impression! Greeting each client with a warm friendly smile and assisting them to the proper station.
• Efficiently book clients and answering inbound phone/email/text messages inquiries about appointments and making stylist recommendations to new clients.
• Handle daily opening and closing duties and assist salon clients as needed.
• Serve complimentary beverages to our guest
• Handling any client complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Restock retail display and maintain display cleanliness
• Learn about our products and aiding clients with retail purchases
Skills & Qualifications:
• Salon experience is a plus
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Social Media experience is a plus
• Must be able to multi-task, work well on your feet.
