100% of weekday pumpkin sales goes to flood relief in East TN. We're still hauling pumpkins in from the patch. Every size shape and color!

Stop by any weekday this month for a pumpkin. 100% of pumpkin sales Monday - Friday will go to flood victims in East Tennessee. We have BIG jack-o-lanterns, pie pumpkins, decoratives, stackables, minis, gourds, ... you name it. Every color and size. Shop from the Pumpkin Barn or Patch.

The Movement Mortgage event for tonight, Friday, September 27, has been rescheduled for Nov 1. We will open for walk-in guests at 7pm.

Our tentative plans are to be open from 7-11pm tonight (Friday, Sep 27). The last game starts at 10pm.

Paradise Acres Mining Company features a 15-foot tall water tower and 60-foot long sluice that winds its way through our Fun Barn. You’ll purchase a bag of rough and pan for Rubies, Sapphire, Onyx, Amethysts, Shark’s Teeth, Arrowheads, and lots more!

With 30 screen boxes and lots of room on both sides of the 60-foot sluice, this is a fantastic option for school field trips, birthday parties, and groups as well as walk-ins.

Each participant will receive a bag of Gem Mining Rough, Gemstone Collection Identification Card, and Collection Bag.

Prices range from $8 to $60 per bag.

No reservation necessary for Groups of 9 or less. Just come on out!

Due to construction delays, the Grand Opening for the new Fun Barn that was scheduled for tomorrow is being rescheduled, TBA. But we will be opening a new activity in the next few days. Stay tuned!

Water is running on the Koi Pond! The team from New Hope Aquascapes and Garden Center in Gray started on the peripheral landscaping this afternoon.

The foot bridge is in and the guys from New Hope Aquascapes and Garden Center are making final touches on our new Koi Pond!

The stone retaining wall is in place on the lower pond. We're about 24 hours away from a completed Koi Pond ecosystem, thanks to the guys from New Hope Aquascapes and Garden Center in Gray!

The liner is in and stones are being placed in the new Koi Pond ecosystem by New Hope Aquascapes and Garden Center!

It doesn't look like much right now, but this is the future home of a thriving Aquascape Ecosystem Koi pond, by the professionals at New Hope Aquascapes, right here in Gray Tennessee. Stay tuned as we follow their progress.

ENTER THE 3RD ANNUAL SCARECROW ALLEY DISPLAY CONTEST!

It's time, again, for Scarecrow Alley!

October is one of our busiest months here at Paradise Acres, and we're partnering with local groups, businesses, and families to create a festive fall atmosphere for the thousands of guests who will visit our farm.

In addition to the Pumpkin Patch & Pumpkin Shed, Firepits with S'mores, and Hayrides, we're hosting a Scarecrow Display Contest to make for one of the region's top autumn attractions.

Scarecrows will be on prominent display in our high foot traffic areas, ensuring your creativity (and organization name) get a lot of visibility.

Businesses

Guests will receive a single ticket to vote for their favorite display while on the Farm. The winning display from each category will receive a $300 credit to be used for an outing here at Paradise Acres in 2025!

THE RULES
Be creative.
Think outside the box.
One scarecrow or a big display … it’s up to you!
Have FUN.
Keep it clean (PG rated for our young community members). Nothing gory or overly scary.
The theme of your display can be related to your group/business/family or can be a completely unrelated creative theme. You should plan to put up signage promoting your business/group either way!
Your display must be wind, water & wild weather resistant.
Your display can certainly be patriotic but not overtly political or a politically divisive theme. (We want this to be fun for everyone!)
Your display must be handmade (not purchased, rented or borrowed).
Items such as tiki torches, candles, gas, generators or open flames are not permitted.
We reserve the right to reject a display for any reason, especially if it is in any way controversial.

Free! There is NO cost to enter the contest.

EASY PARTICIPATION
Set up your Scarecrow Display at Paradise Acres anytime the week of Sept 22-28. Paradise Acres guests will vote on their favorite displays Sep 29-Oct 30. The winners along with their prizes and bragging rights will be announced on Halloween!
