⛳️Turning Fore-tee?!⛳️
This client wanted to make a fun family pool day into a surprise 40th birthday party - and it turned out par-fect!
✨Savvy designed a 40th logo for the birthday boy featuring his initials. We used the design on multiple decor items including the Koozies we made for the guests!
✨We designed food labels for the food table and plastic party cups featuring “Chad is Fore-tee” in the Titleist font for use at our drink cart (which is available to rent!)
✨We styled and labeled the cart with a transfusion station, hydration station, and featured lemonade, sweet tea, and unsweetened tea in our tri-dispenser for other drink options for the guests.
✨We used our galvanized cooler to house mixers, the Koozies, and an ice bucket with the custom logo.
✨Finally, the guests and birthday boy were welcomed with a custom sign on our easel with an organic balloon garland that was perfect for a photo op.
💀Oh! And we can’t forget Skelly watched over the food table with our Happy Birthday sign serving up birdies all day long.

💛💖Peppa Pig 2nd Birthday Party Details💖💛
This is the first time we’ve been able to really work with pastels and 😍😍😍. We love this color combination to bring the sweetness of Peppa out in this party. Here’s details of what we did for this client and what we can do for your next party!
💛Customized favor board with the Peppa font!
💛Included on the favor board was Peppa favors for each kiddos with a personalized tag in the Peppa font! And of course, Peppa had to be sitting in a muddy puddle.
💛At this party, the favor board acted as a backdrop with the cutest pastel color scheme balloon garland, flower balloons, and a foil Peppa.
💛We set the tables with coordinating table cloths, plates, napkins, cutlery, and a rainbow straw.
💛The cutest cake was topped with Peppa, George, and a cake topper that we customized and created IN HOUSE (yes, we can do that for you, too!)
💛We elevated the bundtinis with sprinkles and decided they were “muddy puddles” instead.
💛Finally, our 2 was stuffed with coordinating pastel balloons that worked perfectly with ‘s balloon garlands they created in the package that our client chose from them.

We had another T.Swift friendship-bracelet-making-party today, but as a beginning-of-summer BASH! We were able to reuse our balloons again. Notice the difference in the before and after photos!

This 9th friendship-bracelet-making birthday had a lot going on, and we could make something similar happen for you, too! Here’s all the details 🦋
🪩Our favor board was perfect for these Taylor inspired sunglasses and customized birthday bags that each girl could use for any extra bracelets that they made during the party. The customization, balloons, and marquee 9 just truly set it off!
🪩Each picnic table included tons of beads, scissors, string, etc so each girl could make the perfect friendship bracelet. Worried about the beads going everywhere? We used our Sip’n Smoke trays to help the girls keep the beads they chose in one place without losing any beads. They were perfect!
🪩Each table also included a disco ball cup for each guest, and the birthday girl’s table used our table bar to incorporate disco balls and a balloon garland to make it extra special.
🪩Balloon art included: HAZEL friendship bracelet inspired balloon circle, “in my birthday era” chain balloons, balloon garland for favor board, balloon garland for food table, balloon garland for our table bar, helium inflated balloons for the top of our tent.

When this client reached out to Savvy and wanted to add to an already special weekend celebrating her sister’s 40th birthday, we knew we would have a blast putting this all together. Not only was this client amazing to work with, but she knew what she wanted in order to make the weekend perfect for her sis ❤️ Let’s chat details!
✨Savvy was able to plan activities at the gorgeous and construct an itinerary that was perfect for the birthday girl. They were able to enjoy the spa, dinner, yoga, archery, and a guided hike before ending their weekend at The Tasting Room. We also included a packing list so the birthday girl could be prepared but still surprised!
✨The yurts are breathtaking, but we added a fun boho balloon garland and customized background with “forty” as well as a boho rug to tie it all together.
✨So that these girls could easily take pictures together, we supplied them with a Bluetooth ring light and printed instructions for use that coordinated with their itinerary and boho vibe.
✨ supplied them with the most gorgeous cake that was brought out to them at their dinner at
✨Other goodies included gifts for each guest on the bed upon arrival, our HBD sign, boho decor throughout, small charcuterie cups, chilled wine upon arrival, and a travel board game incase the weather didn’t cooperate and they needed to pass some time.
This social was a dream for us to execute! Our client was amazing, Nicewonder Farm and Vineyard was so easy to work with and everyone was truly so helpful. We are so glad these special ladies were able to enjoy a weekend celebrating 🍾🥂

I’m Randa Wilson and I could not be more excited to share everything social in the most budget friendly way with the tri-cities 🦋 A little more about me - I taught middle school English for 6 years before I decided to stay at home with Fields, my first born, thanks to the amazing support of my husband. Sarah was our nanny for Fields in my first year back to work. I say nanny, but I should actually say “a Godsend”. During such a time of uncertainty (2020), she made life easy and Fields’ life full of joy and happiness. She loved him like I would love him, and I am forever grateful for her. Fast forward, we welcomed our second son, Shepherd, in February of 2023. Sarah and I stayed close, although she stopped nannying for us when I decided to step away from teaching. One day, Sarah expressed that she was looking to do something around decorating/event planning. I immediately knew she would EXCELL at that kind of work. I mean, walking into her house is like walking into the latest edition of Southern Living! 😍 I told her that she needed to open an event planning company. Her, knowing me, my house, and the passion that I have for decorating and planning parties or events, she immediately said, “Let’s do this together!” After some (little) consideration, we jumped right in. Hi everyone! Here to introduce one of the faces behind Savvy Socials! My name is Sarah Guthrie and I am so excited to share my passion to party with the tri cities! I was originally born and raised in Knoxville but was introduced to the area when attending ETSU. After college I worked at an oral surgeons office in Knoxville but my husband, Van Guthrie, moved me to Bristol in 2020 when I began nannying Fields, Randa (the other face behind Savvy Socials) first son. Fast forward and I had my own son, Jonah, in June 2023. I stayed home with him until he got into daycare at 7 months old! That is when I started wondering what I was going to do during the day and what my passion is! I have always had people tell me I need to be in the decorating and party planning business and it is something I am both passionate and a natural at! I always enjoyed nannying in Randa’s home because it was always decorated and perfectly organized. She has always gone over the top in the most budget friendly ways with her two son’s parties. So we started brainstorming all day every day for about two weeks about what we thought we could bring to this area to make partying beautiful and budget friendly and that is when savvy was born 🦋 we are so excited to share our social secrets with you all and make all of your social dreams come to life!
