Sista Shaman
Who is Sista Shaman? Priestess. Lightworker. Omo Orisa.
Most of my photography work revolves around documenting Yoruba Isese Culture and Ceremonies. I recently had the pleasure of shooting the Fela production that just wrapped up this weekend in Atlanta. It was an exceptional performance, showcasing the immense talent of the cast, crew, and director.
Big shoutout to for providing an incredible experience!

Posted • Supporting The Color Purple is a revolutionary act of LOVE. Love of Black peoples past, present and future. Most important, the love of BLACK WOMEN and narratives that include us. If we choose to live in America, then it means that we are impacted by the mental programming of this place. This place hasn’t and doesn’t care about the narrative of Black people and it probably never will. It cares about money. It responds to capitalism. The narrative of Black women is rarely told by Black women. It is rarely written, produced, directed and starring Black people. If we have a desire to see more narratives written, produced, directed and starring people like us — WE HAVE TO SUPPORT IT! Even if you hate musicals, purchase a ticket and keep the negative commentary to yourself! Even if you feel like the narrative is “too traumatic” purchase a ticket. Give it away if you want to, and support the work! If Fantasia was your sister, would you talk s**t? Or would you be happy for her? If Oprah was your Aunty, would you support the work? If Alice Walker were your grandmother, would you have given the books as a gift? Stop s**tting on black women and support them! Support us! Support yourselves! Because if you went to see Black Panther 7 times, and take a stance to NOT see The Color Purple, I think you should question yourself. Let’s leave self-hatred in 2023! Love you all

Funeral Live Streaming Memorial Services for Mr. Damien “Akachi” Danavall, of Atlanta, will be held Wednesday, November 8, 2023, 5:00 P.M. at The Chapel of Donald Trimble Mortuary....
In loving memory of Damien Akachi Danavall. He has peacefully embarked on his onward journey, leaving behind cherished memories and a deep impact on those who knew him. We shared many chapters in our lives, and, although our paths diverged, our shared journey for almost three decades remains an integral part of my story and the lives of our children. Let us remember him for the love and moments we shared. May he find eternal peace. 🙏❤️

Hint: I am an albino. The ancient script on my face, the comb in my hair, the mask chocker, and the soccer shirt are a part of my story. (My costume on Day 2 was connected to this character.)
This is my last hint. Who am I?

More clues…???
Still taking guesses on my costume’s character, book, and author for Day 3 of the Con. HINT: if I was in this book, I (Sista Shaman) would be in the Connecter Clan.
