As we prepare for the start of school on September 3, 2024 (September 5, 2024, for prekindergarten students), make sure you submit all required forms.
- The Parent/Guardian Permission Form must be completed electronically by Tuesday, October 15, 2024. For those who cannot complete it online, hard copies are available at schools upon request.
- The Student Device Agreement and Protection Plan should be signed when your student receives their device.
- Ensure your student's immunization records are up to date. Contact your school nurse if you need assistance.
