Yikes! This coustomer has alot of rot going on come to find out it was a issue with flashing and a hole in the roof! Good thing we got the hole fixed and put it all back togeather the proper way!

Often times when shingles blow away, its due to the original installer was not paying attention and setting nails to deep! A proper shingle patch will include reglueing (tar) down the shingles around the affected aera!
