May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Although the month is almost over, mental health matters all year! Professional Drivers we know you have a tough job. Long stretches on the road, being away from loved ones and the pressure to deliver - it can add up. Here is a reminder to prioritize your well-being:

• Mindful Minutes: Take breaks for deep breaths, meditation, or a quick walk. Your mind (and body) will thank you!
• Connect & Confide: Reach out to a friend, family member, or fellow driver. Talking it out can be a huge weight off your shoulders.
• Healthy Habits: Eat well, get enough sleep, and find activities you enjoy on the road. Exercise, listen to music, read a book – whatever helps you unwind.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we've been recognizing the importance of mental well-being at Sapp Bros. We're so grateful for our leaders who've been championing mental health by:

• Connecting with teammates: Taking the time to check in to see how everyone's doing and reminding them to be proud of the person they are.
• Fueling focus: Providing healthy snacks to keep our energy up and enjoying a meal together!
• Promoting resources: Highlighting our Employee Assistance Program and making sure everyone knows where to get help.
• Spreading positivity: Setting up "words of affirmation" walls where teammates can shout each other out! As well as planting flowers and spending time outside.
• Encouraging breaks: Reminding everyone that taking a break and checking in with ourselves is essential.

We're all in this together. Let's keep supporting each other's mental health, both at work and at home.
