This was lunch. We ate at @lolas.pr.cuisine . The drink was amazing! I ate #mofongo that is a typical dish from #puertorico Mofongo is made of fried green plantains mashed with garlic and chicharrones (deep-fried pork skin). In this restaurant you get the option of different #proteins, I chose shrimp. It is served with a buttery-garlic or a peppery- capsicum-tomato Creole sauce. I chose the later. It was delicious. The best time to eat meals like this is lunch time. It's ok to drink alcohol once in a while. Every gram of alcohol gives 4 calories. This had rum and juices, it was pretty sweet. Probably an option with less calories is wine. We went for a long walk to el #viejosanjuan in the afternoon.

Ingredients: π1 ripe banana not too hard. π₯2 eggs π§1 pinch of salt π€Β½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder π―1 tablespoon of honey π₯Β½ teaspoon baking powder Preparation: Mix all the ingredients in a blender, add a little bit of butter in the pan, pour the mixture and wait 3 minutes, flip it over and you're done!
