Today I'm thinking of attics for some reason. In dreams, attics represent our intuition and connection to our spiritual side. What is the attic like in your dream? Is it like this one? neglected and full of old memories and lots of dust and cobwebs? If that's the case, how can you relieve yourself of problems from your past so that you can move forward and embrace the future? How can you nurture your connection to your spirit or soul?
Are you looking for something in the attic? What are you looking for and what does it represent to you? Is it your attic you are in, if not who does it belong to? What are you doing in their attic? Answers to these questions provide a great deal of information about what is going on in your unconscious mind.
Try writing a short story in the 3rd person about the attic and what's happening there.

In your dream, are you on a train and you can't get off? Do you know where the train is going? If this is your dream, look at your life and ask yourself what track you are on in your life. Trains represent the collective mind. The tracks have been set down for hundreds of years and go to the same destinations. Once you are on a train you have no choice except to get off at the next stop if you want to live your life authentically. The tracks symbolize old thoughts and actions determined by early conditioning. Take control of your life now and get off that train and start walking.

What animals are showing up in your dreams? I have a 'thing' about bears. Bears represent introspection and love to hibernate. They are protective and caring mothers. To find out more why a specific animal showed up in your dream, have a conversation with it on paper. Also try and embody it by moving as you imagine it to move. I imagine my bear to 'lumber along', she has all the time in the world unless her young ones are threatened. What is the animal in your dream doing? What is it trying to tell you?

Are you taking in too many images of war, grief and devastation? Is that the food you want for your body and your soul? Instead, be sure to feed them with nature, animals, flowers and whatever else makes your heart sing.

Do you have dreams of falling? One of the functions of dreams is to balance the psyche. If you have been feeling 'full of yourself' and your ego has been inflated, you may have a dream of falling. Try to discriminate when you are living from your ego and when decisions are coming from your Self.

Do you have recurring dreams about an old relationship? If you do, reflect on any unfinished business surrounding that person. Dream World may be suggesting that a forgiveness process is necessary. That would involve forgiving yourself as well as the other person. It's impossible to move forward without forgiveness and without reflecting on the lessons learned from that relationship.

Does the car in your dreams look like this? Cars in dreams tell us a lot about our journey through life. What model car are you driving? Is it abandoned like this one? Are you driving the car or is someone else in the driver's seat? If your car is an old model or has been abandoned, ask yourself how you may be abandoning yourself or living in the past. If you are in the passenger seat, who is driving? That person is in control of your life. Is that OK with you?
