Playtown Suwanee held its Grand Opening 🎉🌟earlier this month. In keeping with the community's commitment to art, the entrance to the playground was stunning! Leathers was proud to have been invited back for the second time. We were so impressed with the Town Staff, and the community's dedication to bringing this amazing playground to life! On May 6th, 2024, thanks to the Oz Park Advisory Council, Oz Park Advisory Council, and the Chicago Parks Foundation Leathers will begin construction on a new OZ Park Playground.

Neither rain, nor snow, nor mud, nor freezing temperatures, nor all of that will stop a Leathers playground! It's been a wild ride in Duncanville, TX but we got it done. Can't wait to share photos when the safety surfacing is installed. Maybe by then, we'll have figured out who belongs to the boots. 😄🌧🌨☔️🌬

It's never too early to start planning that summer vacation. One consideration could be the gorgeous town of Brookings, OR An added bonus: a brand new playground, Kid Town Playground at Azalea Park. We had the honor of building the first Kid Town, in 1995, and were thrilled to return for the second iteration. Thank you to the town and to Brookings Public Works and Development Services.

Aquinnah, MA recently completed the first phase of its new playground! In keeping with the aesthetics of this charming island community, the unanimous choice was a natural look. It's already the town's favorite...something you just can't manufacture.

What separates a Leathers playground from the ordinary? You do! Each and every genuine Leathers playground is a direct reflection of the community it serves. We believe that cookie cutters should only be used for, well, cookies!

Earlier this summer we worked with the City of South Haven, MI Visit South Haven , Edgewater Resources, and Compton, Inc to build a space for 'sea monsters' and their friends to play! The new Kids Corner is our second playground in this beautiful community and we think we got it right! Thanks for letting us be part of giving joy to generations to come!

It's been a while since we've posted. Our summer has been wildly busy with lots of new playgrounds and renovation projects and we look forward to sharing them all with you.

But in honor of the Labor Day Holiday, we wanted to share photos from a community that celebrated their 32nd anniversary by coming together to refresh their playground! They had 52 volunteers that made that happen. Talk about a 'labor of love'! Shout out to the wonderful volunteers from Lake Odessa MI and Evelyn David who organized this.

Coast Guard to the rescue! A huge shout out to the U. S. Coast Guard Station Fort Pierce and Coast Guard Auxiliary 58 Fort Pierce, FL, for their help in building the Kid's Park at Jaycee Park. The park is getting ready for its grand opening, so we can only give you a peek, and we just couldn't resist showing off that Coast Guard boat!

Castle in the Trees Playground, Town of Littleton Massachusetts

Last October we completed renovations at the Freedom Playground Haverford Reserve We started with an assessment of the playground that helped identify what needed to be repaired or replaced. Thanks to Haverford Twp Recreation the playground will be available to everyone without any downtime in 2023! Now that's a Happy New Year thought we just love! ❤️
