He's still not quite there as his wrists should be able to touch the wall in "cactus arms" for full ROM in the scapulars getting them back on the ribcage where they belong...You will be surprised at how hard this is for many of you!
The only way back to better range of motion and full mobility is to MOVE!!! O let's get moving and practice this alot - it's easiest to start face up on the floor as gravity will help you allow your shoulder blades to drop back into position then actively push your hands backwards into the floor and wake up your posterior chain that's all overstretched and weakened from being so flexed all the time.

We don't get stronger automatically when we get older, you actively have to work at it on a daily basis and keep the momentum building forward.

Learn to move yourself better all throughout the day - you don't have to put on your gym clothes or even go to the gym....you need to keep moving throughout the day and put in a minute here or two minutes there, a quickie set of something and then carry on.
