Made Protein Espresso, Almond Banana Cookies today!! Cleaning up the diet to get ready for the Collegiate Master Figure/Physique in July. Not that it was that bad. But....creating a new menu that you constantly have to taste and learning how to cook pizza (someone has to do it!) is challenging! Will power kicking in!!! I have done it before. May 1st it will be tightened up more, June 1st is go time!!

Monday Lunch Special- Open Face Grilled Artisian Bread with Brie Cheese, Organic Nitrate Free Turkey Breast, Sliced Herbed Lemon Pears, Cranraisins, side Pumpkin Tortilla Chips and Organic mixed Green Salad with Port Berry Dressing.

Thursday special- Portabella Pizza's- stuffed with ground turkey, red wine tomato basil sauce, zucchini, and topped with fresh shaved parmesan cheese, side fresh local garden salad.

I offer 3 levels of micro nutrients, depending on your needs and goals.. The first pic is an example of Chris-he is in great shape, on the large male body building side, but stays lean all year- rice 1/4 cup, fish 8 ounces, and unlimited veggies, smidge sauce on the side (his choice), Mike- does not work out- very naturally lean-1 1/2 cup rice, 5 ounce fish, 2 tbs sauce, veggies, Regina works out- is a small female, getting in great shape, almost there- 1/4 cup rice, 4 ounce fish, unlimited veggies, splash sauce.......so there you go...take the mystery out of your diet and let us help you!!! Oh yes and my tri athletes get higher carbs depending on where they are in training.

Side note, I use differant foods and combinations to produce improvements in energy and health. I love taking gourmet food and giving it a light and healthy touch. Here are just a few that are in todays lunch. Tumeric is good for inflamation, watermelon is good for recovery from your workouts, blueberries are anti oxident for cancer, papaya helps you assimilate more of your protein.

Taco Bar Tuesday for dinner. We do all the work, you just gently reheat and and assemble how you want. Includes fresh local grilled ahi, or organic chicken, mixed greens including kale, fire roasted tomato salsa, tropical salsa, guacamole, fresh avocado, cilantro chili sour cream, shredded cheese and a side of fresh fruit or tortilla chips and extra salsa.
