Falling under the umbrella of Traditional Chinese Medicine (with other practices like acupuncture, Tai Chi and martial arts), a qigong practice focuses on prevention, strengthening the body, building vitality, improving the immune system, clearing stress/tension and increasing circulation through the body.  Come practice Monday’s at noon!

Join Mia and Lisa on Saturday, May 11th from 4pm-5:30pm at Blue Lotus Kailua for a unique Yoga Trapeze and Sound Bath experience. The class combines Yoga Trapeze to explore strength and flexibility, with a sound bath using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and wind chimes to rejuvenate and reboot the nervous system. Sign up on the Blue Lotus website or through the Glofox App and pay at least 24 hours in advance to secure your spot. This experience promises to leave you feeling stronger, rejuvenated, and replenished in body, mind, and spirit.
