You can use a broom, swiffer, paddle, golf club
Lean against the pole
Check in with your spinal curves.

Your low back, and neck should not be on the pool.
Line up —Sacrum, upper thoracic (shoulder blade area) and back of head

Next —take a few steps—with this wonderful alignment—breathe 🥰
