Inspired by ‘The Song of Hiawatha’ and the namesake of the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Equally complex and refreshing. Notes of chocolate, light roast coffee and vanilla, with a velvety mouthfeel.

Happy Friday 🙌 We are excited to release a new beer for pre-order starting today!

Sexy Santa’s Silent Disco | Blended Barrel-Aged Stout | 13% (16oz Can)

This beer started as an experimental single mash recipe. After fermentation it was blended with a double mash stout that was aged for over a year in small format Journeyman bourbon barrels. We then conditioned this stout on vanilla beans and toasted coconut.

Falling To Flames- A melange of ideas from the past year encompassed in a beautifully balanced dry hop charge of unique hops we’ve never combined together.

Rising From Ash- A beer brewed with new inspiration in terms of ingredients and process refinements. Seeking to elevate our favorite components of a DIPA with renewed focus and energy.

Today is the day- Choròs 2023 is available for pick up! The pick up window will extend until November 22nd for all orders. We will have a limited amount of extra bottles for sale at the pub today as well. We love how this beer turned out and could not be more excited to share it with you!

We are excited to host our first kids themed Halloween movie night tonight from 6 to 9- a double feature 🙌 We have free popcorn and a $5 kids menu. Our umbrella license for showings doesn’t allow us to promote the specific movies, and I’d hate to get ‘Busted’, but the crew behind the bar is happy to fill you in 🍻

A quick update for today’s event, we weren’t able to fully staff the truck so please feel free to bring in outside food while you watch the game. The projector is up and running and we have an awesome selection of beer on draft and in cans. The Chop Shop will be ready to go tomorrow for our Pumpkin Carving Brunch and we could not be more excited!

We have an awesome line up of taproom events scheduled for this weekend! Beginning tonight with live music from Hunter William & The Beach Bum, followed by a Michigan State vs U of M watch party Saturday, all capped off with our pumpkin carving brunch this Sunday. Patty Melt season is upon us, and didn’t disappoint- available today 👌 We also tapped ‘The Spooky Pursuit’ and fresh cans of ‘Fastwalker’ are available for pick up in the pub🍻

Pre ordered bottles of Barrel Aged Thicket will be available for pick up starting tomorrow (10/14) at our Oktoberfest party 🍻 The pickup window will extend to 11/5. Any left over bottles will be available to purchase starting tomorrow as well. We hope to see you all there 🍻

The beloved green headless man has found some new friends staring back at him- but this isn’t just a new label, it’s a new beer. Keeping the core DNA the same, we altered the dry hop with complimentary additions of our new favorite hop varietals. Brewed in the spirit of The Pursuit but with a fresh twist in the recipe in time for Halloween 🎃

Poseidon’s Fury | DIPA | 8.5%

We loved the profile of our Nereids IPA and sought to design a bolder counterpart. Continuing in that line of beers, this DIPA is driven by Nectaron hops and highlights their huge stone fruit notes in big juicy waves 🌊🔱

The projector is dialed in and the pub lights will be low for tonight’s double feature of classic scary movies 🎃 will be serving food from 4-8 and we have a popcorn machine on hand as well 🍿Show starts at 6 and goes til close. Inspired by his time at Great Taste of the Midwest, our head brewer Brody Try came back and put together an awesome hop water for our first NA draft option. Refreshing, crisp, delightfully hoppy, we love how it turned out! It’s also his birthday so if you see him around send him some love, he works extremely hard and has been the heart and soul of our production crew 🍻❤️ Going to be a great day 🤙
