We are looking to add a part-time infusion nurse to our team at Big Sky IV Care. Currently, we are looking for someone 2-3 days per week (Monday, Thursday, and Friday).

The job requires a minimum of 3 years experience as an RN, with infusion experience preferred, as well as a current RN license in Montana.

We are looking to add a part time pharmacist to our team on Tuesday's and Friday's and covering for vacation times, as well as eventually taking some weekend and weekday call each month.

Coordinates and assists in managing/participating in pharmacy services which includes compounding, quality assurance, dispensing, and clinical monitoring activities.

Responsibilities:

1. To possess the knowledge, skills, and current competence in the appropriate pharmaceutical services that they have been assigned based on the scope of service.

2. To participate in decisions regarding the pharmaceutical services within their assigned scope to include:

a. Assessing the patient’s general pharmaceutical needs.

b. Planning for the provision of pharmaceutical services.

c. Participating in the overall plan of care.

d. Participating in the overall quality assessment and improvement plan.

3. Receive physician prescription orders and evaluate the appropriateness of these orders for dosage, drug choice, potential drug interactions, route of administration and stability in relation to the patient diagnosis.

4. Insure that the patient database is complete for height, weight, current and past medical history, clinical laboratory results, and concurrent medications.

5. Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of all necessary paperwork required by the state and federal agencies as well as ACHC or other accrediting body.

6. Ensure that when necessary, laboratory tests have been ordered, that the results are obtained and discussed with the nurse and the physician.

7. Assist the physician, nurse, and patient with clinical and technical support.

8. Assist the Pharmacy organization in implementing new procedures.

9. Assist in the training and supervision of pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy personnel.

10. Document all communication with physicians, nurses, and patients in the patient chart.

11. Ensure safety to patients and personnel by exercising good pharmacy practice.

12. Participate in the process of drug therapy instructions to the patient.

13. Participate in patient care conferences.

14. Must be able to multi task, prioritize and complete more than one task at a time.

Requirements:

1. Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

2. Current licensure in the respective state of practice.

3. Current license in all states which are serviced by the facility as required by law.

Minimum 1 year hospital and/or home infusion experience preferred.

Wage is negotiable depending on experience.

We are looking for someone to join our administrative team at Big Sky IV Care. Job duties would include but aren't limited to: filing/scanning medical records, billing documents and invoices, assisting reimbursement and billing departments with projects and tasks as needed, verifying insurance benefits and obtaining prior authorizations when necessary, processing new patient intake, processing admission paperwork and assisting billing team when necessary.

We are looking for someone to conduct, coordinate, and complete specific operational and administrative tasks for all departments (administration, pharmacy and nursing) of the company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting and assisting patients, triaging incoming phone calls, filing and organizing medical records, assisting the operations director with various projects, assisting with occasional delivery of medication to patient homes and shipping medications.

We are looking for an applicant with verifiable experience and history of starting IV’s and accessing central venous access devices along with experience administering a variety of intravenous therapies including specialty medications, TPN and antibiotics. A BSN is preferred and 3-5 years nursing experience required. (Wage dependent on experience). The position is for 4-5 days per week. This position is for a motivated, self-reliant, autonomous nurse who is comfortable with direct patient care and providing very important therapies to patients at home or in similar outpatient settings.

Pharmacist needed 2-3 days per week to start, with a possibility of full time in the future. Sterile and non sterile compounding experience preferred.
