Today is World Su***de Prevention Day. Ko’olau Clubhouse stands with the entire clubhouse and mental health community to raise awareness about the crisis that suicidal thoughts present. Gordon McInally, Rotary International President, is currently in Hawaii and as part of his visit, he is meeting with Hawaii Clubhouses and Clubhouse International.

Jack Yatsko, COO with Clubhouse International will be meeting Gordon at the Ko'olau Clubhouse on Oahu on Friday, April 19th. We hope to learn and share ideas of how these ever growing partnerships between Clubhouses and Rotary Clubs can blossom further and identify projects to deepen our relationship and continue to change the world for the better!

Freezing Eggs 😍
When you find a sale on eggs, you can freeze them to store for baking and cooking later.
Eggs can not be frozen in the shell, but can be out of the shell.
Crack a single egg into each slot in an ice cube tray. Freeze, then pop out and put back into the freezer in a zip lock bag freeing up your ice cube trays for other purposes.
To use simply leave a cube per each egg the recipe calls for sitting at room temp in a bowl to defrost.
Freeze for up to 3 months or as long as 1 year.
