The past few months the twins & I have completely changed eating habits. We’ve cut processed food, refined sugar, simple carbs and closing activity rings. I’ve been right there as their biggest Stan but also doing the work with them. Fasting with them. Counting macros with them. Keeping each other accountable. My girls have lost 20lbs and I’m so proud of them🥰

I had to do all the things I was telling them to do because kids don’t listen to us, they mirror us. We have to be whatever it is we want our children to be, and that’s a daily reminder to always show up as my highest self. Our babies are watching us 🫶🏽 THEY did the work and they pushed themselves and THEY wanted it for themselves more than I wanted it for them 🤎 Anyway you can Bravo them 🥰

I was at Wendy's recently, I heard a guy ask for his senior discount. The girl at the register apologized and charged him less. When I asked the man what the discount was, he told me that seniors over age 55 ...get 10% off everything on the menu, every day. (But you need to ASK for your discount.)

This incident prompted me to do some research, and I came across a list of restaurants, supermarkets, department stores, travel deals and other types of offers giving various discounts with different age requirements. I was actually surprised to see how many there are and how some of them start as young as 50.

It was exactly 10 months ago to the DAY we were told we had to move out our previous location if I didn’t sign a new 5 year lease.

I knew we had outgrown the space and didn’t want to commit to 5 more years there, but I also didn’t plan to move AT ALL and definitely wasn’t prepared for 60k+ in build out & relocation expenses.

On the plane to Egypt I scripted and wrote specific manifestations:

“I’m grateful for this season of growth and the lessons I’ve learned in this process. My spirit needed guidance and realignment with my purpose and I receive it with humility.

I’m grateful for abundance in my business and the ability to manage our resources responsibly.

I receive and am full of gratitude for the unexpected sources of abundance that have found us and is more than I expected but can use for our greater good.

Thank you for hearing my intentions. I trust that The Most High is working in my favor, guiding me towards our highest good.”

The last 2 is where God did His big one because money flowed to us in 5 very unexpected and bizarre ways just days after scripting. And it was 4 times what I asked for.

When you manifest and affirm your intentions, you have to be specific on what you want and need. Speak it as it’s already so. Manifestation is more than just wishing for what you desire; it’s about aligning your thoughts, emotions, and actions with your intentions to attract those desires into your life. It’s important to not only to ask for what you want but also to request the wisdom and ability to manage it wisely. When your manifestations come to fruition, you want to be equipped to handle them with grace and responsibility.

God has seen us through this season in every way and I’m so grateful to my family, my tribe and our community for all their support and how deeply they have shown us love 🫶🏽
