We believe followers of Jesus are called to become servants. Jesus and his disciples instructed and demonstrated service not just to one another but also to those in need. Relationship with those on the margins is not an optional expression of Christianity, but inseparable part of following Jesus. And so, we desire to become a church in which everyone is serving the community of Kansas City. If you do not regularly serve your community already or are not if the vocational non profit sector, we would ask that you regularly serve with one of our partners listed below.

For this series, we aim to provide a better vision of Christian sexual ethics than those we have been taught by the world around us or the Church over the years. We want to establish that we are all sexually broken and in need of Jesus’ restoring work.

We believe one of the best ways to participate in God’s kingdom is to recommit ourselves to one another continually. To be churches, leaders, and believers embedded in a messy web of interconnected relationships across our city. To be so collaborative that the boundaries between congregations become blurry and porous. We want to be caught up with what God can do in a city.

Churches in the Center Network are gathering together in prayer and worship August 4th at 6PM. We’d love to have you join us. Childcare will be available (toddler- 12 years of age; family area for infants).
