Jen is our primo Leasing Manager/Agent here at FirstSpaceKC. They
started summer of 2019 and came out of the gate running! Since starting, Jen has completed nearly 600 move ins for First Space KC
and independent property owners in the metro since they started.
An incredible feat!
Jen hustles every day to provide safe, q***r-friendly housing to as many people as they can.
Jen enjoys spending time with their wife and 2 rescue dogs. Jen also does professional theater and you can catch them in “The Grapes of Wrath” with .
When they aren’t performing on stage or writing leases, Jen also sells antiques and dabbles in photography. A true renaissance person!

Kristen manages the rental property listings, processes applications, execute leases/extensions/addendums, handles move-in paperwork, help train employees and any other tasks that may arise.
Kristen loves Music, Photography, Making liqueurs, and Traveling!
She is looking forward to life’s adventures with her wife and two dogs.

Andrea Pautz is our newest member of First Space KC, joining us in May of 2020 after leaving her career as a pharmacist. Andrea stays behind the scenes and handles almost all of our accounting; making sure our vendors get paid, executes the monthly investor ledgers and paying our 100+ investors each month!
Andrea enjoys spending time with her family & friends, gardening and supplying a regular dose of sarcastic comments.
